By attending charc+r, you agree to the following
1) Ticket Terms:
All tickets are valid for same-day entry only.
Each Duo Pass admits 2 attendees on the same day.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please retain your wristband or stamp for re-entry on the same day.
Free entry for children aged 12 and below.
2) Respect the Creators:
All character IPs, artworks, and merchandise are the property of their respective creators.
3) Be Kind, Be Cool:
charc+r is a community-first event. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Respect personal space, booth setups, and queue etiquette.
Please follow instructions from event staff and volunteers—they’re here to keep things smooth and safe.
Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these terms or disrupts the event.
4) Photography & Media:
General event photography and videography may be conducted by organizers for promotional use.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the staff at the info desk.
5) Merchandise & Transactions:
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated by individual vendors.
charc+r is not liable for disputes between attendees and vendors, but we’re happy to help mediate if needed.
6) Safety & Conduct:
Follow venue rules and staff instructions at all times.
Dangerous items, unauthorized sales, or disruptive props are not allowed.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
7) Re-entry & Wristbands:
Wristbands must be worn at all times for same-day re-entry.
Lost wristbands may require repurchase—please check with the info desk.
8) Accessibility & Support:
charc+r is committed to being inclusive and accessible.
If you need assistance or have specific access needs, please approach the info desk—we’re here to help.
9) Lost & Found:
Lost items can be reported or retrieved at the info desk.
Organisers are not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
10) Food & Drink:
No food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
Please consume responsibly outside designated event areas and dispose of waste properly.
11) Event Amendments:
Organisers reserve the right to amend event details—including programming, layout, ticketing terms, and access policies—at any time.
