Booth Setup & Presentation

  • Arrive on time for setup and respect designated booth boundaries.
  • Display pricing clearly and professionally.
  • Keep your area tidy and accessible—no blocking walkways or neighbouring booths.

Sales & Payments

  • Be prepared to handle cashless payments (e.g. PayNow, QR codes, card readers).
  • Clearly communicate refund/exchange policies.
  • Avoid undercutting or aggressive discounting that may affect neighbouring vendors.

Artwork & IP

  • Only sell original work or properly licensed merchandise.
  • Avoid fan art of copyrighted characters unless explicitly permitted by organisers.

4. Conduct & Community

  • Be respectful to visitors, staff, and fellow vendors.
  • No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
  • Support a collaborative vibe—share resources, uplift others, and celebrate creativity.

Event Changes & Contingencies

  • The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, layout, or programming as needed.
  • This includes adjustments due to weather, venue requirements, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any major updates will be communicated promptly—our goal is to keep everyone informed and supported.

Promotion & Visibility

  • Tag the event and fellow artists when posting online.
  • Use signage, flyers, or QR codes to guide visitors to your socials or shop.
  • Engage with visitors—your story and passion matter as much as your products.

Sound & Noise Policy

  • No amplified music, loudspeakers, or disruptive sound installations allowed at booths.
  • Keep ambient noise respectful—this includes voice volume, sound-reactive displays, and mobile devices.
  • If sound is part of your display (e.g. interactive media), please seek prior approval from organizers.

Setup & Event Timing

  • All vendors must adhere strictly to the assigned setup time and event hours.
  • Late arrivals may forfeit booth access or be subject to relocation at the organiser’s discretion.
  • No early pack-downs unless approved—full participation supports the collective vibe and visitor experience.

Logistics & Safety

  • Follow venue rules on fire safety, food handling, and electrical use.
  • Keep valuables secure and be mindful of crowd flow.
  • Report any issues to organisers promptly.

Submission, Selection & Booth Allocation

  • Due to limited space, not all applicants will be selected.
  • Final exhibitor curation is handled by organisers.
  • Booth locations are assigned by organisers and may be adjusted at their discretion to support layout flow, accessibility, and programming needs.
  • While preferences may be considered, final decisions rest with the organisers.

Doesn’t need to be polished, just enough to spark curiosity and help us curate the space.
